How does presale work?
We're always replenishing our best sellers and stocking with new products. When you order presale items, you're reserving pieces from our incoming inventory.
These pieces will be shipped to you when they arrive (within 1-3 weeks from purchase). We'll ship your entire order to you at once in one package.
I need to make changes to an order i just placed.
We're unable to guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed. Please email us at hello@oorinoa.com and we'll do our best to make changes where and when we can.
What is your sizing like?
Most of our clothing sizes are in centimeters for height. Please see our sizing chart here for more information.
We do our best to provide you with as much detail as possible on our product pages. Please check out our 'How it fits' section on each product description for more information.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We only ship to Canada and the United States at this time.
Are duties and taxes included in my purchase?
For all orders, appropriate taxes will be included in your purchase.
There are no additional Duties and Taxes that will be charged for orders within Canada.
For orders to the United States, there may potential Duties and Taxes charged to you after purchase and shipping by the broker, carrier, or relevant authority. Customers will be fully responsible for paying all applicable Duties and Taxes. If the customer fails to pay any Duties and Taxes causing liability to fall on us, the amount of Duties and Taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.
What is your return policy?
Oori Noa has a 14-day return policy for store credit. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any damage (stains, animal fur, makeup, etc), with all original tags on.
Once your items are received and evaluated, we can process the store credit. Oori Noa will not be liable for any missing returns.
When will I receive my order?
Order processing times may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Shipping times vary by carrier but once shipped, we anticipate 5-10 business days for you to receive your order.
