What is your sizing like?
Most of our clothing sizes are in centimeters for height. Please see our sizing chart here for more information.
We do our best to provide you with as much detail as possible on our product pages. Please check out our 'How it fits' section on each product description for more information.
What is your price match policy?
Please note that price adjustments are not available for orders placed prior to a promotion. Discount codes are valid only during their specified promotional periods.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide (to most countries) from Canada. If you are unable to check-out with your address, we unfortunately do not ship to your regions.
What is your exchange policy?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please reach out to us at hello@oorinoa.com to begin your return. You are welcome to re-purchase the returned products at a larger size at any time.
What is your return policy?
Oori Noa has a 14-day return policy for store credit for North American orders only. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns as we are not responsible for providing store credit or exchanges for any items not received.
For US-based returns, there will be an additional 35% (of the returned product amount) service fee invoiced to you to begin the return process. This is strictly to cover cost of duties and taxes that are incurred in order to return your order.
All items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any damage (stains, animal fur, makeup, etc), with all original tags on.
Once your items are received and evaluated, we can process the store credit. Oori Noa will not be liable for any missing returns.
Any items purchased on sale or with a promotion code will be a final sale and not eligible for a exchange or store credit.
International (outside the US and Canada) orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. No exchanges or cancellations will be accepted once shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Order processing times may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Shipping times vary by carrier but once shipped, we anticipate 5-10 business days for you to receive your order.
Customs & Duties
I'm based in Canada. Are duties and taxes included in my purchase?
For all orders, appropriate provincial and state taxes will be included in your purchase.
There are no additional Duties and Taxes that will be charged for orders within Canada.
I'm based in the USA. Are duties and taxes included in my purchase?
Import duties and taxes vary by country. If these fees were not paid at checkout—either because you chose not to prepay, prepayment wasn’t available for your destination, or for any other reason—please note the following:
(a) Any duties and taxes shown at checkout are estimates only and may differ from the actual amount charged by the carrier, customs broker, or local authority. The final amount may be higher than the estimate.
(b) You are fully responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes directly to the appropriate authority as determined by them. Oori Noa is not responsible or liable for any such charges.
If you fail to pay the required duties or taxes, and the liability falls on Oori Noa, the carrier, or any third party, those amounts may be deducted from any refund or other amounts owed to you.
I'm based internationally (outside of North America). Are duties and taxes included in my purchase?
