Refund policy

Oori Noa has a 14-day return policy for store credit for North American orders. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any damage (stains, animal fur, makeup, etc), with all original tags on.

Once your items are received and evaluated, we can process the store credit. Oori Noa will not be liable for any missing returns.
